Customer Satisfaction is at the center of EXPOTECH USA's all Business Operations.
Expotech offers over 1,000,000 items to its customers in USA and other
countries all over the world. We make sure that our customers get best products
at competitive rates. We also work on behalf of our customers to locate the
purchase source specified by our customers. Expotech ensures full compliance
with the customer's stated specifications of the product. Where customer specifies
the manufacturer of a product, Expotech buys from the specified manufacturer or
the facility/entity authorized by the manufacturer and/or that keep to the same
product specifications. We work on behalf of our customers and ensure that,
where known, the product meets even the unspecified or intended needs. We
normally advise or provide information and/or accessories to support use of the
product at locations with known specific conditions (like climate, power,
etc.). Our commitment to best Quality Service for our customers is backed up by
our Warranty and Return Policy included in this Sales Policy. Warranty
Policy: Expotech warrants to that the product
representations made accurately reflect the manufacturer's and/or supplier's
representations to Expotech. To the
extent permissible by the manufacturer/supplier, Expotech will make available
to its purchaser the manufacturer's warranty to Expotech, without recourse against Expotech. Unless
otherwise agreed, remedies under this warranty are limited to fulfillment in
the United States. Products delivered
to purchasers outside the Unites States shall be returned, at the purchaser's
expense, to Expotech at its facility at 10700 Rockley Road, Houston Texas 77099
USA, for replacement, repair, or other applicable warranty action, as
determined by the product manufacturer/supplier's warranty to Expotech. No
Expotech employee, agent or representative has the authority to bind Expotech
to any oral representation or warranty concerning any product sold. Any oral representation or warranty made
prior to the purchase of any product and not set forth in writing and signed by
a duly authorized officer of Expotech shall not be enforceable by the
purchaser. Expotech
makes no warranty and shall have no obligation except as stated in this Sales
Policy with respect to expendable or consumable parts and supplies, nor with
respect to damage caused by or resulting from accident, misuse, neglect or
unauthorized installation, alteration or repairs to the products. EXPOTECH
EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTIBILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Expotech's
sole responsibility and the purchaser's exclusive remedy for any claim arising
out of the purchase of any product is repair, replacement or credit upon return
of the product, where applicable. In no
event: (1) shall the cost of the exclusive remedy exceed the purchase price;
(2) shall Expotech be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential,
or exemplary damages, howsoever arising, even if Expotech has been advised of
the possibility of such damages. Packaging
and boxing by Expotech USA, Inc. (Expotech) conforms to DOT or other applicable
regulations. All
shipments packed by Expotech are packed and shipped according to the applicable
regulations. International shipments
will be crated and packed according to customer specifications; a service
charge will be added to cover the cost of materials and handling. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes arising here under shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the federal courts of the United States of America and/or the state courts of Massachusetts and jurisdiction therefore shall rest solely in Massachusetts, USA. Shipments
are made by the most economical method. Unless
otherwise specified, all orders shipped by Expotech will be sent promptly via
the safest and most economical method available to Expotech at that time. All shipments are insured unless otherwise
instructed by the purchaser. Air
shipments can be made at an additional charge. Some products may not be acceptable for shipping by air due to
shipping regulations. Return
of products for replacement or credit. Products
that have been ordered from Expotech and have proved defective should be
reported to Expotech within 30 days for replacement or adjustment.
ExpotechUSA, at its discretion, may
extend this period in exceptional cases.
To assure prompt handling, you must correspond with Expotech before returning
items. This will enable Expotech to send you proper identification tags (if
applicable) and shipping instructions so that the adjustments can be made
without delay. Please do not ship back any item without Return Goods
Authorization (RGA) number issued by Expotech.
Return shipments of hazardous materials must be packed, marked,
labeled and shipped in accordance with DOT, ICC, IATA, IMDG, FDA or other
applicable regulations. Products acceptable for full credit: Products not supplied in accordance with customer's orders or are defective at the time of receipt by the customer. Products
not acceptable for credit: Discontinued, outdated, personalized or customized, shelf-worn or used
and, therefore, unsuitable for return to stock, sealed reagents, refrigerated,
diagnostics, or chemicals which have been reopened, special-ordered and not
returnable to the manufacture, not bought from Expotech, Claims
against damages or shortages. Even with
the greatest of care, occasional damages or shortages are unavoidable. Upon receipt of a shipment from Expotech,
unpack and inspect it for damage and shortage.
Do not accept a damaged or short shipment until the delivering carrier's
driver has made a "damage" or "shortage" notation on your
copy and the carrier's copy of the freight bill. The carrier should be notified immediately. If damages are noted, you should immediately
request the carrier to make an inspection.
Concealed damage must be reported to the carrier within 10 days of
delivery. Retain all shipping
containers and packing materials for the inspection. Salvage must be held for the carrier's disposition. All
prices are subject to change without notice.
Prices in catalogs and sales literature are given in U.S. dollars and
are current at the time of typesetting.
Prices in catalogs or sales literature are F.O.B. Expotech's warehouse
at 10700 Rockley Road, Houston Texas 77099 unless otherwise stated. Prices on a written quotation are given in
U.S. dollars, and are valid for a period of 30 days from the quotation date
unless otherwise stated on the quotation. Minimum
Orders. Orders under $100 (US) may be subject to
processing and handling charges. Expotech
reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without notice. |
