I just placed an order. When will I get my items?

Orders are processed quickly around the world by courier. Based on stock availability, our minimum lead-time for delivery varies, according to the vendors and place of shipment.

Delivery is not attempted on Sundays and public holidays. In case of no courier service to the address mentioned in your order, we will inform you by email.

If you pay by 'Check', the order will be processed once your check clears.

If you pay by 'Certified Check / Money Order', your order will be processed once your payment clears.

We accept 'Cash On Delivery', except for International Delivery.

What is the status of my Order?

We update order status at every stage, using email. You can also find the status of your order now, by clicking on "Track Your Order". Or, Simply Contact Customer Care

How do I change my Order?


Categories for your order to be changed:

Change the Delivery Date:
You can't change the delivery date, if you chose Express Delivery or if the delivery date is less than four days away. Otherwise, please email us & we will get back to you.

Change the Payment Method:
If your order isn't approved, we will be happy to change the payment method. If your order is approved, you can't make changes in the Method of Payment. Please email us & we will get back to you.

Change the Quantity:
If your order is not approved, we will be happy to change the quantity. If your order is approved and in further processing, changes in the quantity can't be made. Please email us & we will get back to you.

Change the Product:
On orders not yet approved, we will be happy to change the product(s). Please Contact Customer Care.
