Traceable® Time-and-Number Printer Complete
Description
Time-and-Number Stamper prints date, time, four-digit
count-up number, six-digit count-up/down number, and/or messages.
Designed specifically for use everywhere in the lab. This portable
stamper is ideal for dating documents, time-tracking samples,
consecutively numbering specimens, managing time, and printing in lab
notebooks.
Reduces errors
The microprocessor-based printer automatically advances date, time, and
numbering. Eliminates the need to manually change information. Also
reduces handwriting errors, copy mistakes, and misread data. Dependable
battery operation ensures that power outages cannot affect it.
Quartz-crystal design maintains an accuracy of 0.001%.
Count-up/Countdown numbering
Use the printer to make sequential-numbered labels for samples or
tests. Numbering may be four-digit count-up or six-digit count-up/down.
A "freeze" function allows printing the same number several times. This
handy “freeze” feature allows multiple forms to be imprinted with the
same tracking number.
Easy to use, a single press of a button electronically
activates the self-inking stamp head. Provides a clear, readable
imprint every time. Exact information to be printed is shown on the
liquid crystal display. Readout shows date, time, next number, and
message. Messages: RCVD (received), CFMD (confirmed), REF (reference),
FILE, OUT, IN, or PAID. Each message has its own separate, four-digit
count-up counter.
To assure accuracy an individually serial-numbered
Traceable® Certificate is provided from our ISO 17025 calibration
laboratory accredited by A2LA. It indicates traceability to standards
provided by NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology).
Fulfills requirements of Federal Regulations CLIA 493.1107 by providing
“the date and time of specimen receipt into the laboratory.”
A security password code prevents unauthorized changing of
time and date. Prints to the exact minute in either A.M./P.M. or
24-hour format. Rugged case is 4-1/4 x 3 x 2 inches. Weight is 8
